Suited to Success provides free styling, clothing, and career support services for people in need throughout Queensland.

Suited to Success commenced operations in 2008. We have a small team, and our services are powered by volunteers. Our premises are in Brisbane, where we have our: women’s styling boutique, men’s styling boutique, training spaces, office, and social enterprise retail store. We rely on the support of the community to fund over 85% of our services.

Each year, we help over 1,000 people throughout Queensland through our face-to-face and remote services.

Suited to Success Ltd is a Public Company limited by Guarantee under the Corporations Act (2001) and a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI) with Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR1) status. The elected board of Suited to Success Ltd provides strategic leadership for the organisation and undertakes an important governance role.

We are privileged to have as our Patron Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM, who was appointed the 27th Governor of Queensland on the 1st of November 2021. As our Patron, Her Excellency assists us in enhancing our profile within the community, underpinning our bona fides, and providing access to support and advice. The Governor provides active support in a range of different ways, involving: advocacy, awareness raising, hosting events, and attending selected key events.
