Suited to Success offers a range of career support services to help people overcome barriers to employment, and support career and personal development.

Career Hub

A Career Hub session allows you to choose from the following services:

  1. Resume Refresh: Update your resume to reflect and highlight your current experience, skills, and achievements - and incorporate advice on best practice language, formatting, and presentation.

  2. Resume Writing: Develop a resume that reflects and highlights your current experience, skills, and achievements, and conforms with best practice language, formatting, and presentation.

  3. Job Application Support: Support in submitting a job application (including resume, cover letter, and selection criteria) that best positions you for success in securing an interview and the job.

  4. Interview Preparation: Learn interview techniques, go through practice questions, and receive feedback and suggestions for improvement.

  5. Career Mentoring and Support: You'll be matched with an appropriate professional who can provide a support session based on your individual needs. Topics might include:

  • Planning your job search

  • Your career goals and how to work towards achieving them

  • Building and maintaining resilience

All services are delivered one-on-one by an experienced human resource professional. The session lasts about an hour, and it is possible to access more than one Career Hub session.

Virtual Career Hub

Suited to Success also offers a Virtual Career Hub, for clients who are unable to physically attend our Brisbane premises.

Virtual Career Hub sessions take place over the phone or Zoom.

When booking, please share as much information as you can about the type of support you need. Let us know if you are working to a deadline (such as the date applications close or the date of your interview).
